I'm a freelance web developer, currently living in South Florida. I have a fairly colourful background, with a 3-year BA in Economics with a focus in Econometrics from the University of California at San Diego. During my university years, I ended up on the TV game show "Jeopardy!" (the adult version, not the college one), and ended up being a one day champion. After graduating, I have worked both types of front-end development jobs, both as content manager for single company websites, and as a head of web development for a design studio. My main hobbies are trivia/puzzles, cribbage, and surfing. I'm a current American Cribbage Congress judge, and a member of club 241 in Lake Worth, Florida. (Side note - we always need and welcome new members!)
My main focus of development is with the Drupal CMS. Traditionally, I work with theming and full-site building. Within that niche, I specialize in working with the Drupal and Ubercart combination. I chose this combination because community sites are beginning to discover alternate monetization streams through stores, and even if they haven't yet, using Drupal gives them the flexibility to do whatever they need in the future. I'm also currently in the process of working on my first custom Drupal module, Hotwords.
