With the proliferation of web 2.0, javascript has gone through a renaissance period. One of the tricks to decrease load time on these spiffy sites is to minify the javascript to decrease the amount of information that has to be sent to the user. This script uses a PHP port of the JavaScript Minifier, written by Douglas Crocker.
To use this file, you can use one of two methods:
- Copy the javascript that you want to minify and paste it into the text area.
- Use the upload file input to select the file you want to compress.
You will be prompted to download the newly compressed file once the form is submitted.
